Thank you for visiting Crockett Ridge Clays! We would like to welcome you to your next shooting sports destination, located just outside of Ackley, Iowa. Since 2016, we have been building something special: a place where shooting enthusiasts can participate in events, leagues, education, and target practice.
Crockett Ridge Clays (Powered by Targets on the Move) was opened in 2016 by owner Dave Swanson just outside of Ackley, Iowa. The Ridge was opened as a place to host sporting clay events and for firearms enthusiasts to get together and enjoy their favorite pastime. Fast forward to today, Crockett Ridge Clays has grown to host firearms classes, multiple sporting clay events, and pistol and rifle ranges.
We've been continually expanding since we started back in 2016. We've grown to include a clubhouse with full kitchen, large property to host multiple clay courses, pistol and rifle range, and an indoor, heated, and lit 5 stand range with indoor rifle stands so you can shoot year round!
